Customer Service Representative / Assistant Dispatch

Our employer partner, located in Carmel, is a small, family owned HVAC business and currently seeking a Customer Service Representative / Assistant Dispatch candidates.  Our company is dedicated to excellent customer satisfaction and an honest approach to solving all HVAC needs. Job Requirements:

  • Assist the Service Coordinator with handling all service requests and scheduling technicians
  • Answer phone, create reporst, prepare contracts, manage customer database and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Must have strong customer service, computer, organization and multitasking skills
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, however, not required
