CSM - Retirement Plan Services

EmployIndy has partnered with the largest locally owned national bank and they are currently seeking candidates for the Client Support Manager, Retirement Plan Services

Purpose of Position:
The incumbent is accountable for daily transaction activity and client support, providing the highest quality of
service to every customer. Position requires daily interaction with Trust Operations, Investment Officers and
Retirement Plan Services officers. Independent judgment is required in order to plan, prioritize and organize
diverse workload.

Essential Functions:
 Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients (both internal and external) through regular
communication, with adherence to the Bank's Culture of Excellence
 Respond to internal and external customer questions, requests and concerns, both written and verbal, in a
timely manner, collaborating and working effectively with colleagues in other departments as appropriate
 Assist with account set-ups, conversions and maintenance
 Process contributions and review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance
 Monitor the timeliness of contributions
 Prepare distribution and loan request forms
 Process distribution requests and review for accuracy and compliance
 Establish and monitor recurring distributions and pending checks
 Research and resolve overdrafts in accounts
 Review plan allocation reports and reconcile them to the trust assets
 Perform reconciliations with outside investment manager statements and internal trust asset statements
 Establish, monitor and update tasks and reminders
 Assist with client communications, both written and verbal
 Assist with preparation of client and participant presentations, as well as prospective client proposals
 Serve as a primary contact for various third party administrators
 Manage and maintain client files, including weekly filing of applicable records

 High School diploma or equivalent; bachelors' degree preferred
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting client service professionals; direct
experience working with employee retirement plans preferred
 Excellent interpersonal skills, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism
 Proven verbal and written communication skills, with strong emphasis placed on responsiveness and customer
service skills
 Proven reliability and dependability, with the demonstrated ability to work successfully with minimal
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Strong team orientation and demonstrated work ethic
 High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
 Experience with and good working knowledge of standard computer applications, including MS Word/Excel
