Sales Force Admin – Park 100 Area

Position Summary:
This position's primary objective is to facilitate the alignment of our sales and marketing engagement activities with our sales and account management strategies. This position will be responsible for two primary functions.
- The Salesforce Administrator has a specific focus on implementation of best practices in CRM design/management and training/development. This position will execute the day-to-day configuration, training, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform, including complementary applications. Primary tasks will consist of using the Salesforce.com platform and other functionality to build and support customized solutions to enable business productivity for our sales and account management teams. In addition, the administrator will provide user training that expands adoption and accountability within our CRM and automation solutions to help support sales and account management teams' lead and pipeline goals through timely training and support.

Essential Functions:
- CRM Administration
- Administer company's CRM system (Salesforce) and all related resource systems (e.g. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) through:
- User maintenance and database de-duping and cleanup
- Data extractions and/or mass data uploads
- Customized reports and dashboards as well as system documentation
- Integration/alignment support for marketing automation solution (Pardot)
and related systems
- -Provide ongoing training to field sales, inside sales and account management on best practices for utilizing CRM solutions and sales deliverable
- Develop and implement training for users
- Communicate and train on new releases and enhancements

Business Analyst:
- Ensure delivery of all marketing qualified leads to inside sales and field sales
- Align closely with field sales, inside sales and account management functions to create resources to support efforts drive cross-sell, up-sell and compliance initiatives
- Perform quality assurance on all sales activity by members of Growth Lead Team
- Help design, document and maintain system processes for Growth Lead Team
- Prepares forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current goals for Growth Lead Team
- Communicate key insights and trends to product team
- Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace
- Assists in the development of quarterly and annual sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team
Miscellaneous Project Management
- Track and measure results within key life-cycle stages to document effectiveness and overall performance
- Administration, project management, and team support
- Personal skill development as it relates to the demands of the position

Preferred Qualifications:
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Administrator (and/or Pardot) Certification is a plus
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outbound telemarketing or sales
