Customer Service Coordinator

Position Summary

EmployIndy has partnered with A Varsity Achievement Brand and is looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator for the College Ring Department. As a Coordinator on our team, you will have positive interactions with the ring product specialist, customers and sales partners as it pertains to college ring business. If you are a champion for customer service, we want you!

  • Standard shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Some overtime maybe needed during peak season including Saturdays

What we want you to accomplish:

  • Build positive, professional relationships with Ring Product Specialists
  • Learn and understand product details and tools for successful support
  • Learn and understand office workflow and timelines to meet SLT
  • Assist in various duties and customer interactions successfully

What you'll be doing on a daily basis:

  • Assist with customer interactions through telephone or D365
  • Interact in a professional manner with plant, co-workers and other departments as necessary to complete tasks
  • Process ring orders and ring questions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Utilize ring system programs and tools effectively and efficiently to complete job functions accurately

  • Confirmed ability to perform under high pressure while maintaining flexibility and professionalism
