Position Summary:

EmployIndy has teamed up with a Varsity Achievement Brand and is looking to hire a Diploma Account Coordinator for the Diploma Customer Service Department. As a Diploma Account Coordinator, you will play an integral part in managing relationships with Sales Partners and Customers. You will also serve as a liaison between the CSRs and Account Managers ensuring customer inquiries are addressed within the stated service levels. The Account Coordinator will provide overall customer support focusing on administrative duties, research and billing inquiries. In addition, the Account Coordinator will also be responsible for phone support as well as order entry as business needs dictate. If you are a champion for customer service, we want you!

  • This is a Fulltime Regular Position
  • Standard shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:45pm
  • Some overtime may be needed during peak season including Saturdays

What we want you to accomplish:

First 30 Days:

  • Attend an in-house training program
  • Side-by-side training with a seasoned Account Manager
  • Gain a high-level understanding of the flow of products and processes in the customer service department

First 90 days:

  • Build initial relationships with customer and sales partners in your assigned territory
  • Become proficient in performing basic operations in our ERP system (Oracle) independently

First 120 Days:

  • Operate independently and service as a subject matter expert for your assigned territory
  • Establish strong relationships with sales partners and customers in your assigned territory
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate ERP system (Oracle) for basic and advanced tasks

What you'll be doing on a daily basis:

  • Assist with meeting our Phone Service Level agreement of 80% by providing phone support.
  • Support the company's goal of on time delivery by providing order entry support.
  • Build relationship with Account Managers to support the needs of our internal and external customers.
  • Maintain positive and professional communication and working relationship with Customers, Sales Representatives and all Personnel.
  • Responsive and quick turnaround on questions or concerns from the customers, sales representatives and internal personnel
  • Provide administrative assistance to Account Managers
  • Complete other projects as assigned

What you will bring to the table:

  • Proven success, effectively communicating across all levels of an organization
  • Previous success in an Account Management or Customer Service
  • Proven ability to communicate at a high level both through email and on the phone
  • Moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple process & tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success managing a large email volume.

Education / Certifications Required:

Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Daily activity includes but is not limited to reading, listening, lifting, carrying, sitting, fingering, grasping, reaching
  • Use of a step ladder to retrieve customer files as needed
  • Being able to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to look at a computer for extended periods of time
