EmployIndy is expanding our work-based learning team by adding a Manager for Registered Apprenticeships. The
Manager for Registered Apprenticeships will help EmployIndy partner businesses build apprenticeship programs and register apprenticeships. The manager provides technical assistance and support to businesses throughout the full cycle of building and retaining an apprenticeship program.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
• Become EmployIndy's in-house expert on apprenticeships
• Project management of registered apprenticeship projects
• Proactive communication and feedback with the business to build deep consultative relationships
• Work closely with business partners in the creation of new apprenticeship programs and subsequent implementation of apprenticeship programs
• Develop the apprenticeship strategy to meet the needs of industry partners and build the apprenticeship pipeline
• Provide daily and ongoing technical assistance to business partners

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 3-5 years experience in account management or project management functions preferred
• Skilled at developing consultative client relationships at varying business levels
• Strong human resource knowledge and/or experience preferred
• Experience with apprenticeships or workforce development preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
