Overview:
The Application Services Manager will support the design of process flows, business requirements, policies, and system requirements to meet the needs of users. This individual will maintain knowledge of all systems and strive toward streamlining and integration of systems. This individual will provide recommendations for system improvements and furthering of integration of new initiatives and products. The Application Services Manager will also support other areas of the Systems & Strategy Teams as needed. The position will be located at EmployIndy, downtown office, and reports to the Director, Systems Integration.

To be successful in this role you will accomplish:
• Lead or assist with planning for the future strategy of system upgrades and integrations.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of EmployIndy's CRM environment in collaboration with EmployIndy users and technology consultants.
• Translate organizational business needs into technology business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between software users and technology consultants/software providers.
• Document application system design and develop associated business processes.
• Lead or assist with project management/coordination of technology initiatives as needed.
• Lead or assist with preparation and materials for technology initiatives.
• Assist with API and system integration efforts.
• Identify areas where time, errors, and duplication of efforts can be reduced and cross-functional collaboration can be improved.
• Identify or create appropriate technology/tools to support organizational/departmental processes.
• Troubleshoot application/systems issues in collaboration with the EmployIndy Systems Team and EmployIndy's contracted IT Service Provider.
• Support the management of performance optimization, security, workflows, maintenance and managing of users of EmployIndy Systems in partnership with EmployIndy's contracted IT Service Provider.
• Develop end user documentations, including application training manuals, training videos, job aids, and workflows, in collaboration with the EmployIndy Learning Team.
• Assist HR in onboarding new staff members by ensuring EmployIndy technology and systems are in place for each individual staff member.
• Ensures all users can access basic functions, dashboards, and reports across EmployIndy Systems.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of all systems used across the organization, including paid licenses and individual access.
• Assist EmployIndy users with pulling data and reports from various systems as needed.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar. Education requirement may be waived if candidate has relevant experience and certifications.
• At least two years of experience administrating a diverse set of software systems in organizations with 50 or more end users.
• Progressive work history with increasing levels of accomplishment required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Results-driven to meet the mission, vision, and goals of EmployIndy
• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to recommend or choose best options
• Ability to document processes and workflows.
• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRMs, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive environments, Airtable and Asana.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
