The Community Partnerships Manager (CPM) is a full-time position responsible for project management, event planning, marketing, administration, scheduling, and execution of the YouthBuild AmeriCorps grant. The incumbent will provide technical assistance on grants funds compliance, enrollment, KPI's, data reporting and effective integration of workforce and positive youth development best practices to service providers. This position reports to the Director, Neighborhood.

To be successful in this role you will accomplish:
• Participate in YouthBuild AmeriCorps trainings
• Recruitment and retention of members
• Manage member paperwork
• Data entry
• Financial management
• Scheduling and meeting facilitation
• 50% Travel
• Facilitation and execution of AmeriCorps service hours
• Other duties as assigned
• Base knowledge and understanding of departmental programs including:
o YES Indy
o YES Indy REC
o Power Huddle
o Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
o American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA)

Requirements
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma required; some college level experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience program/project management experience
• Progressive work history with increasing levels of accomplishment required

This is a grant funded position which runs through August 14, 2025. Being hired for this position is not a guarantee of future employment beyond that date.
